      Good hours, flexibility, open line of communication with management

      Cons

      Safety meetings can run long specially after work. If allowed will burn you out just need to set good boundaries

      Pros

      UR truly values their employees. they have curated an inclusive, diverse, welcoming work space. They provide so many opportunities for career development and personal growth and promote within.

      Cons

      Only con I can share is that often times it feels like we are running extremely lean staff wise. It would be nice to add a couple extra bodies so we aren't running full speed ahead 24/7 and take a little bit of pressure off of the shop technicians.

      Salesman run management positions. Morales are out the window with Employees and customers. lying and deceiving is actually encouraged to climb the ladder.
