Pros

job security, biggest rental company in united states. Great stock. Have made some good moves over the last five years and have put themselves in position to succeed.

Cons

No matter how hard you work as a territory manager your pay will not go up because they are constantly changing territories and commission structure. Management is bad about putting equipment sales in house accounts so they don't have to pay the reps a commission on it.

Pros

Good pay. Industry leader. Good benefits for the most part Has potential to create an amazing company structure

Cons

Company Culture, especially in corporate environment. It is shockingly the worst work environment I've ever seen. Short cuts are constantly taken on reports, violating procedures, HR dept. makes no sense in structure, "good ol boys" type culture, no one opinion matters unless your senior level. No trust is given to employees. All big ideas, no execution.
