Empowered and Autonomous

Pros

6-months in and I am in awe. The level of autonomy and self direction is so empowering. I honestly cannot wait to get to work every day. The messaging from the most Senior Leaders gives direction, without micromanaging. My immediate chain of command is accessible, gives guidance without being overly prescriptive.

Cons

Big company, sometimes the tools you need are slow to get. Sometimes I think this is by design, as I am learning so many new tools and pathways.
