Pros

There is a lot of autonomy to do your work and you are provided with so many resources to be successful both professionally and personally. They want to see you succeed/grow and everyone is willing to help you get to where you want to go

Cons

It can be easy to get lost in such a big company. Spread a little bit thin at times
