Pros

One of the most organized, well-run companies you can work for, especially in the construction industry. The safety culture is real.

Cons

Lots of Salesforce and admin related duties that don't necessarily serve the customer or your bank account.

Pros

They care about their employees and provide the tools for you to succeed.

Cons

Nothing really negative to say. Sometimes too many meetings and checking the box on things that take you away from servicing the customers.

Pros

Branch #210 Cincinnati, Ohio. Great work environment. Good pay and benefits. My branch manager demonstrates daily that he cares about his team. Alot of team members have been on board for a long time. Very low turnover in my department

Cons

Hardly any. It's an overall great place to work.
