Pros

The company cares! Plenty of PTO, benefits are great, occasional corporate gifts

Cons

Management at my specific branch has made the job miserable. I hate seeing what would be a great workplace become how it is. 6 months into the job and if a mistake is made, my manager has quite literally jumped up and down screaming obscenities. He's created a very toxic workplace.

Pros

This company has opportunities to move up and learn at each level, no matter the difficulty

Cons

Not much of a con, but it will take time to learn specific terms if you are completely new to the industry. A lot of learning through trial and error.
