Pros

A genuine culture of caring. My experience with United Rentals has been a very positive one. The environment I work in, my co-workers, and senior staff are all connected. I've experienced a few large company cultures and they all say they care. United Rentals goes out of their way to empower its people to have that grow and thrive beyond the feel good message from corporate head quarters

Cons

Work areas insufficient for a successful operation.
