Pros

The company has a great culture that many underestimate. We have employees that leave for more money only to find how just how much it means for the company and Managers to really care about you. If your looking for a long-term place to call home the URI is where you want to be.

Cons

Long hours Really hard to balance work and personal life Some employees are slow to adopt technology
