Pros

Trench Safety devision is the most profitable. It's not rocket science. Regardless of your geographical location every single contractor/prospective customer is similar in the fact that they are on a tight schedule and are wanting a solid service along with superb equipment. URI has that plus some.

Cons

Drivers - Being an ISR requires constant attention towards customers and drivers (aka dispatch). Don't allow the jerk off drivers to affect your mood. I work 50 hours a week. Not much time for weekday activities. Honestly I would rather have a good pay check than 4 extra hours during the week. "Everybody's workingfor the weekend!"

Pros

Good Benefits and pay. Great co-workers and employees. Several perks such as purchasing program

Cons

Top management out of touch with workforce. Moved away from taking care of customer to satisfying stock holders and Wall Street investors. Promotions given to those not qualified

Pros

good benefits , some good regions and people to work with. That's it.

Cons

It really depends on what region you are working in and what store you are working out of. The proficiency of the local store and district and management can vary greatly. I would not recommend the Las Cruces/Albuquerque store/ district at all. Has Bad reputation in rental business, there are reasons why. Too much cronyism, no people management skill from store/district managers. Watch your numbers on rental revenue, other sales people have no problem with "borrowing" your numbers. local management says nothing, I guess it goes on all the time. HR is NOT there to help you, they will close ranks, waste of time to talk with them. No real sense of team at all. Regional, upper management disconnected from store/district level. Doesn't want to know issues or just too concerned with their paycheck to care, not sure which but result is still the same.
