Cons

Pros

Strong opportunities for career advancement and internal promotion for high performers. Performance-driven culture where results and effort are recognized. Ability to build long-term customer relationships and grow your territory. Supportive team environment with knowledgeable coworkers willing to help. Exposure to large projects, infrastructure work, and key accounts, which helps develop sales and leadership skills. Company is well-positioned in the industry with strong equipment availability and resources.

Cons

Fast-paced and demanding environment with high expectations. Balancing customer needs, internal processes, and operational coordination can sometimes be challenging. Like most sales roles, there is pressure to consistently hit goals and grow revenue. Some processes can take time due to the size of the organization.

Pros

Culture is non-toxic, great work-life balance, entire organization is extremely supportive, job tasks are not complicated and goals are easy to achieve

Cons

Compensation used to be very competitive but is now on the low side, bonus algorithm changes every year and only ever goes down, upper management is out of touch with local markets
