Pros

Does right by people. Hires a lot of good humans. Leadership has a positive vision for the future.

Cons

As any large corporation we react slowly to changes in the market or world that affect the end user.

Pros

The culture is amazing, great people, great environment, and very flexible and they genuinely care about you as a person not just an employee.

Cons

A lot of politics, feels like they hand pick people for the job not based on, skill.

Pros

- Bonus plans were pretty solid - Good group of people you work with - Industry is solid and safe, especially if you work in a branch that is in a growing area

Cons

- Base pay was kind of low, you could make decent money in role but prepare to work a lot of overtime - Growth is a little tough, not a lot of moving up unless you want to move - Inside Sales Rep role was kind of boring, have you do meaningless projects - It is a customer service type of role, so prepare for complaints and people angry at you
