Pros

Good pay Good benefits Great coworkers No less than 40 hours per week

Cons

Corporate only cares about numbers and not employees Safety is not as much of a concern to them as they say Making a rental is more important than the safety of the employee, customer and anyone else around.

Pros

Large Company with over 18,000 employees, stable, great benefits, advancement opportunities, multiple locations world wide and longevity.

Cons

Safety is huge, it is part of our culture. Therefore, there are a lot of trainings on it - everything from PPE to hazard 360 to keeping three points of contact whenever climbing a ladder or climbing to get in a truck. There is a protocol for EVERYTHING. While it can be redundant, I know it is necessary.
