You are just a number and can be replaced at any time no matter the growth you provide them. Salary is low Made several promises that they don't keep when it comes to managers Saleforce is a management tool and not a sales tool

Pros

Large company with many possibilities to advance your career, very friendly work culture, a lot of great benefits such as: discounted rentals, vacation buy up , etc. Also the company has multiple employee resource groups within the organization that employees can be a part of.

Cons

Some managers are better leaders than others, I personally have been lucky and have had excellent managers. Also since managers bonuses are directly related to their spending expenses - sometimes they can be a bit frugal with costs in and around the branch.
