Pros

Decent pay, good branch manager, freedom to work independently.

Cons

Serious lack of training for technicians, little opportunity for overtime. Benefits are average at best, little opportunity for advancement for shop technicians. Middle management can be arrogant and unapproachable. Other companies in the area offer better pay.
