Pros

Great company to work for. Company truck, great pay, decent benefits. UR has a great safety culture, while big a large company they still have a great family atmosphere. They have a lot of different divisions within the company. This helps bring a lot of value to a customer when we can handle a project from start to finish and gives us a leg up on the competition.

Cons

While I understand the needs for meetings to keep all 18,000+ employees on the same page. The redundancy of the meetings causes a lot of time wasted, when we could be out selling. Other than that it has been a great company to work for.
