Pros

Sales goals are attainable. Managers were nice and training on products was thorough.

Cons

They have you work in a call center first to get experience which is pretty gruesome and discouraging making you want to take a smoke break and I don’t even smoke. 30 minutes lunches . Sales as inside sales rep were not commission based but based off of how many reservations you get.
