Pros

Large fleet , plenty of locations, National foot print, no limit on commissions , company vehicle and expenses. Benefits package does not have waiting period.

Cons

Salesforce , micro manage, one sided management style. More about metrics than real sales relationship process. Branch Managers are driven by metrics and most can’t sell but are managing sales people

Pros

Company truck, company card, lots of equipment to rent/ sale

Cons

Benefits are terrible for them to be such a big company. District management was condescending and passive aggressive. Made a lot of promises but never delivered.
