Pros

Good starting pay for a Tech in the area, many benefits, and in my experience the management is very open and approachable

Cons

Promotion/advancement is not common among non-salaried employees unless you're willing to relocate, usually a great distance.

Pros

-Definitely some of the best health insurance + other benefits I've seen. -Not stuck working on the same piece of equipment day in and day out. -Safety is a huge thing at United Rentals

Cons

-If you don't like to be rushed steer clear.
