Pros

United Rentals offers excellent benefits, great earning potential and an opportunity to advance your business education. Branch Managers and Branch Outside Sales are provided a nice company vehicle to drive. Promotions within the company are the norm.

Cons

Occasional long works hours but that that is why you get the big bucks.

Pros

Management was always Willing to be flexible with my hours and give me time off. I got two weeks paid when my son was born.

Cons

The Pay could be a lot better for the work done by the E.A. You are the first and last line before the rental and they treat you less than deserved.
