Pros

There is always opportunity... no matter what you are looking for, advancement, relocating, title change... United gives you the chance and the direction to make it happen. If you willing to work hard there is no limits

Cons

This is a large company and nothing will be just handed to you...it takes hard work and self motivation....

Pros

UR is tipical of large companies, pay is pretty good and the benefits are good. The work is steady and you will never be bored.

Cons

can be very hectic. as with most public companies they want to get as much return on as few assets as possible.
