Pros

The company is focused on proftable growth, with an expereinced managemnt team in place to drive results, Rewards employee's and stockholders.

Cons

Time managemnt can be challenging, as Initiaves are introduced. Process'es in place across business disciplines can be reactive, manuel and time consuming, that at times can take focus off of providing the best prodcuts and services for our customer base.

United pays well, is engaged in employee happiness. Several career advancement opportunities for producing employees, company is creating new positions as they focus on diversifying their equipment offering.

Cons

United consist of several acquired companies, cultural issues remain across the company. It is harder to work internally due to the politics and processes than it is to work with customers.
