Good stable company, hard to grow in corporate

Pros

Great place to work - great people, great stability (i.e. pretty recession and "pandemic" proof)

Cons

Lack of growth on the corporate side. Health benefits are sub par. Maternity leave doubled from 4 weeks to 8 weeks but still way below where it should be, especially if they want to attract women.
