Pros

large corporation, recognized brand within industry

Cons

terrible district management, CYA and throw people under the bus is the only way they navigate through this management structure. unfortunate as they do have knowledgeable and capable people in the "lower ranks" . terrible culture always conscience and paranoid of upper management.

Pros

Good benefits, well compensated. If you're mobile room for advancement is unlimited.

Cons

Very vertical organization, growth can be hampered easily by poor leadership. Under staffed, long hours are needed to complete tasks and incentive structure is very low.
