Pros

I’ve never made less than $100k Peek was $250k but it is a battle. Not much time off and when you are off the phone rings, text, email. Its what you make it.

Cons

Have to work hard for what you get no days off. No one cares about you and you are easily replaced. Very high turn over. 9 years at it and 16 in the industry. Vacation is mimimum. But put your time in and you can make it.
