Pros

I left UR so I could balance my work/life as my commute was getting upwards of 1.5 hours each way. Unfortunately there wasn't a position available near me at the time, so after 10 years I packed up. Great company to work for, I made some solid connections with Coworkers that carried over after I am now with a competitor, and my commute is 15 minutes and I am being trained as a manager. I was sad to leave UR, but have a great opportunity I could not pass up.

Cons

The one downside I see is that there isn't a lot of accountability when people make mistakes. The OSR's / sales reps "run the roost" almost as though management doesn't want to tell them when they are wrong (constructivly) as corrective behavior.
