      -Competitive benefits ( Canada) -Rational management (most of the time) -Factory training -Good Co-Workers (atleast in my region)

      Cons

      -Very political -Top-Heavy -Too many brands of the same type of equipment -Pay isn't very competitive for the shear intensity of the job.

      Management are oblivious or ignorant to a workplace based on unprofessional behaviour and bullying, if your not friends with those in charge you are in for a rough time
