Pros

Good pay In my office, great managers who care about you and what you do. No weekends

Cons

Since the acquisition with RSC, United Rentals has taken on their policies and their people. Upper management are pushing out the United Rentals people and replacing with RSC people. "Too many chief's, not enough indians". Not enough people to actually do the job. hiring freeze. micromanagement Upper management does not listen to the people that actually work.

Pros

Decent pay in this economy.

Cons

Laid off good employees, promoted the wrong employees. Many people there have high school mentality..spread false rumors, to the point of defamation of character..gossiping..backstabbing. Too many useless meetings.
