Pros

good people, the oppertunity to get to understand the business from the ground up all aspects of thr rental business

Cons

downsizing is the biggest problem i see, they also have changed the insurance they had in the past which has been unfortunate

Hours are good. Pay is fair. No weekends, except 1 every ten weeks or so. In-store management team positive to work for. Good benefits

Cons

Unreliable Management No training - Training On the Job Lack of Trust from Upper Management Make promises they do not keep No truthful to customers- just worried about the bottom dollar
