      Pros

      United offers a singular opportunity for someone who doesn't need their hand held to learn a lot about business. They are well managed from a strategic level. As with most firms that are not in the top "50 greatest places to work", you will witness the good, the bad, and the ugly. More good than bad and most of us are ugly. Take the plunge. Great company to learn the ropes!

      Cons

      Each region and district are ran independant. They have their own goals and strategies. Do your research and make sure you understand the type of managers you will be working for.

      Pros

      Great pay, awesome benefits, good location & close drive to work, very friendly work staff, Great Vendors to work with. It was nice working for the largest rental company in the world, they had lots of pull. Decent upper management. Growth potential. Safety very important.

      Cons

      Besides getting laid off, not too bad. Upper management sometimes tried to micro manage too much.
