Pros

Great benefits, top notch safety culture, efficient dispatch for drivers. We work a minimum of 50 hours a week so the salary is decent.

Cons

The place is super busy and you can see the stress that it causes some coworkers.

Pros

Good people, fast work pace, smaller company feel, pretty good/average benefits, great advancement opportunity with time.

Cons

low pay, small workspaces, takes time to get things changed. Not flexible on remote work. Must put in a lot of time (3+ years) to advance and make any decent money if coming into an entry level role.
