Limited mobility, steep learning curve, limited hours (no overtime), less than expected OTE. Managers can be great or they can bring you down. Good name to work for, but low pay/low opportunity to make bank.

No training from management. Upper management would use fear and intimidation and would constantly speak down to employees without offering help or training to fix the situations. It was all about being in the “click” or the “good ol boy club”. HR would turn a blind eye and sweep issues under the rug. Toxic work environment.
