They keep on adding new SDP employees every month, because most people are above 6 months in program and they are exhausted. So either they leave the job or there is a very few chance you are actually promoted to an OSR. - You just keep on Cold calling around 50 calls all day and you learn nothing and they expect you to get a lot of deals. - Some of the meetings are required to attend, which is not beneficial at all. -
