      Good company to work for, but won't be around much longer

      Pros

      USA offers decent pay, good benefits, and a relaxed work atmosphere. Most of the employees are well-educated, friendly people who work hard.

      Cons

      The company is going through massive layoffs due to the impending retirement of the shuttle program. As a result the company morale is very, very low right now.

      Access to famous people (Astronauts, Politicians, Celebrities). Quiet, safe environment. Chance to be involved with human space flight. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      Heavy-handed incompetent upper management. Poor pay for grade of work performed.
