      Pros

      I get paid like everyone else to do VERY little and that is very neat sometimes when I am feeling lazy.

      Cons

      What a waste of time. Management not straightforward about anything at all, we are all left in the dark and some idiots around here treat new ppl like they have the plagues out of fear that we will be the last ones standing when the contract ends.

      Pros

      Great Work/Life balance rarely have to work more than 40 hours a week. Management very understanding if you need to work variable hours be cause of home issues. Cool working for NASA. Great coworkers and team work is evident all around

      Cons

      Little chance for career advancement. Salaries are constantly going down along with benefits. It takes an incredible amount of patience to see a project end to end. Lots of red tape and useless process to get through. Management does not know how or does not care how to get through it. There are very few technical people in the management chain and yet they are the ones that make the technical decisions.

      Access to famous people (Astronauts, Politicians, Celebrities). Quiet, safe environment. Chance to be involved with human space flight. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      Heavy-handed incompetent upper management. Poor pay for grade of work performed.
