It is a great environment people were great and easy to work with work schedule was always current and equipment was maintained quickly and efficiently would love to go back but in the Tracy location do to close by new residence.

Cons

The whole year I was at us coldstorage it was a great time no complaints I thought everything was very well organized

Good pay ,benfits floor worker are good

Cons

Very cheap when it comes to safety or employee happiness. Does not provide necessary equipment to do a task safely or correctly , citing cost as the sol reason. Almost no communication between management and employees. Excessive amounts of overtime none optional even when unnecessary. Management has almost no accountability, with everything is blamed on low level employees. Employees never receive the full training … Manatory overtime limited equipment, last Friday 5 people pushing brooms no equipment ,Holidays off are questionable anymore dont make plans

Cons

Cold environment And that is it; everything is all rainbows & sunshine. That is about all the cons i could possibly think of.
