Decent pay for warehouse. Good benefits. Good job security. A lot of overtime sign ups. Managment works well for your needs.

Cons

High turnover rate because people quit. Upper Managment hides a lot from their customers and expect employes to follow. Never follows through with protocol. Managment constantly lies to employees.

Benefits, Good Company to work for just horrible management at Wilmington, IL facility.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. Salary employees are not paid that well as it is and you are expected to basically live at that place without any extra pay whatsoever.
