Overtime isn't a problem but it's mandatory.

Cons

You're not given a choice about overtime. You either work it or find another job. They're bad about telling you the day before a holiday that it will be a mandatory work day. Don't expect to advance unless you're related to or drinking buddies with someone higher up. Two locations. If you get assigned to the one off of mockingbird just quit. Lady that runs the place is nuts.
