the Starting rate at 16.35/HR isn't bad

Cons

the tell you there isn't never a lot of mandatory over time and the second you are on the warehouse floor you find yourself working 10-20hrs of mandatory.

Not interested in efficiency, tried and true methods are great yet new methods make a company more efficient. MIS help at locations was limited.
