Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees. They make employees work 12 hours days for weeks at a time. The working conditions are terrible.

Pros

US Cold as a whole is a pretty good company, warehouse jobs are what you'd expect, but the company isn't too bad on benefits or job security.

Cons

Pay is pretty bad, Denton facility is awful with turnover on both sides of the facility, and overworking people to wits end. The facility ended up on the news after a warehouseman threatened to bring a gun on the premises... The region seems to be behind every other with training and HR .
