Pros

It's a big organization that constantly fits through changes, so if you stick around long enough there is opportunity to try other things.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their people. They micro manage your work, there is a lot of infighting between leadership, they change directions multiple times a year and they have no respect for a reasonable work life balance. The managers are just a rotten bunch of people.

Pays your bills. Pays your school, although you need to be there 2 years before they start paying. Good pay right out of college.

Cons

Management belittles you and gives you a lot of busy work if they see you as a threat to their job. Toxic place. No respect. They like to hire people that follow orders. Creativity is frawned upon.
