Cool and exciting science (initially but gets repetitive) Pretty good benefits with stock purchase plan Free food

Cons

Dysfunctional management- lack of transparency, direction, and accountability, Departments never are on the same page and leads to conflict. Very limited upper mobility unless upper management (upper manager got 4 promotions in the time a research associate got 1).
