Work Life Balance , Free breakfast , lunch coffee. Dedicated to healthy lifestyles gym . pool , etc. Stocks , 401 and completive benefits

Cons

Once you speak against the management you will be targeted and retaliated with no promotions and no raises . You will be looked at as a cancer and they will quietly try to make it so you want to leave the group. They promote who doesn't question them and who are puppets. Associate managers and Leads that don't manage or Lead anyone .

Collaborative, Passionate, Mission Driven environment. The R&D business unit was the hub and positive spirit of the corporate company driving many early program solutions while continuously improving with positive FDA outcomes to prove it.

Cons

The efforts put forth by the organization in latter part of Q3 had appeared to go unnoticed by Corporate management, and unfortunately without warning or clear reason, this organization was dismantled.
