Pros
Great perks; free company coffee bar, gym, discounted day care, bonus and stock options are very nice
Cons
Absolutely no development of staff, middle management is not empowered to make decisions or have additions to headcount to build effective teams. This leads to tons of micro-management, exhausted workers, mistrust of HR in how they assist the workers and listen to concerns. The company has inspirational CEO's and other c-level executives, but the horrific contradiction in how policies are created, communicated, or implemented leads to mistrust in middle management and especially HR.
