HR is unprofessional, lacking human resource training and skills or labor law knowledge. Management is untrained and clear distinction of favoritism. Accountability is not upheld at certain levels.

Worked in a department that was extremely hostile. The manager made everyone cry and nobody wanted to go to HR because they were considered one of the "untouchables" and were part of the "Kentucky mafia" group that originally got hired on when the company started (IYKYK). The entire department I worked at has a very high turnaround rate, people are constantly getting hired and constantly quitting because of how bad it is, yet nobody from other departments question it. Favorites get promoted are a huge part of this company and politics create a lot of drama. Be prepared to suck up to management if you want a promotion. The department I was in also favored men over women. This job took a toll on my mental and physical health.
