Culture - fun and forward thinking Benefits package - health, daycare supplemented and on-site location Mission statement - patients are first. Gives away a lot of drug. CEO

Lack a defined career track can potentially be a negative. I have seen where this strategy is great when here is a good relationship w manager but if there isn't can be limiting.Varies for individuals Salary increase for promotions is small

People are Friendly Great work environment great Pay and benefits they have been nothing but nice to me ever since I started working for them.

Cons

The only con I could possibly think of is that they are understaffed in some areas. This means that some people could be stretched on the amount of work they have to complete. This is the only thing I could think of considering that glass door requires you to put a con.
