You will be compensated well, corporate building amenities, employee benefits including 401K and ESPP, on site daycare and cafe, free coffee in the mornings and afternoons

Cons

Be prepared to work 24/7 as senior level management change killed the previous Google-like culture; lots of mistrust among staff; expectation is job comes first, before family and PTO; promotions based on cronyism; HR ignores issues brought to them even when from multiple, reliable sources; managers with zero experience in managing people
