Pros

No force dispatch, they are fair about getting loads to drivers. And have one of the top pay scale in the business. Settlement's every week! fuel card program, base plates and permits. Also safety inspections every year on equipment.

Cons

Most of the load was to cheep to make a good pay week? But they will try to make it up with some thing good!
