A lot of networking opportunity.

Cons

Limited budgets, corporate contracts compete with terminal customer lists, limited funds for building relationships with customers(lunches, dinners, etc.) Corporate would lose contracts with large corporations and it affected your sales and the ability to work with service providers for the oilfield.
