      Pros

      Pay and benefits are competitive with other nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities. Most managers are wonderful, and there is a mutually supportive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Tense time right now (2019) with new LRP strategy causing organizational changes. Some executives and managers are not so great due to a disconnect with employees or poor management skills.

      Great mission alongsode great people. Always a purpose to showing up to work, and great impact on the community and schools.

      Cons

      No real major cons. It is nonprofit work, and a well-run organization. I have to out a certain number of words.
