Pros

Coworkers, working with community partners.

Cons

Extreme top-down mindset, non-leadership-team staffs' expertise not valued, organizational change efforts (i.e., layoffs, redefining mission/values/brand, budget cutbacks, fundraising strategy) were extremely lengthy and left a lot of staff in very stressful positions to complete grant funded work with huge instability and under-resourcing.
